As 70 fast approaches, and coming out the other side of some traumatic life events in the recent few years, I'm having what I can only describe as a 'how can I possibly be nearly 70?' mid-life crisis. Who knows what's round the corner? It could be terrifying, but I like to think there's something wonderful waiting there and that maybe there's someone who would like to look around the corner with me. I'm not a great TV watcher, but like a good film. I write (one day I WILL finish my memoir), sing in 2 choirs and to myself while strumming the guitar (I'm a summer rather than a guitarist) and write songs. I'm spiritual but absolutely not religious. The best things in life? Waking to the sound of the sea, sharing a bottle of red, connecting with a kindred spirit. I don't know what I'm looking for, or even if I'm looking for anything, but but it would be great to share the jopurney with someone who is also looking for something unknown.
